What exactly is meant by "maximum record storage"?

This refers to the limit of the storage capacity of your database within your BigMile account. Depending on your average number of shipments per year, we can help you decide which database size is ideal for you.

What does ISO 14083 verified mean? And GLEC accredited?

Our methodology and system have been verified by a third-party to meet the principles of ISO 14083:2023. BigMile is also accredited by Smart Freight Centre to be in accordance with the GLEC framework.

What is a record?

A record counts as every leg of a consignment. A consignment that has been transported by rail, ocean and road is considered to be three legs, therefore three records.

Can I share my reports with my customers?

Yes, you can generate reports on a customer level and share those directly with them. If your customer happens to also be on the BigMile platform, you can even share consignment-level emissions via the data sharing functionality.

How long do the subscriptions run for?

The minimum subscription period is 12 months.
